Looking for a delicious, creamy, and healthy protein-rich smoothie to kickstart your day? Here's one of my favourites, sweet and satisfying to begin the morning.

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 30 grams Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate (1 scoop)
  • Frozen Bananas
  • ½ Avocado
  • ½ tsp Cinammon
  • 2 cups Water

Instructions
 

  • Place all Ingredients into a blender
  • Blend until smooth
  • Enjoy

  • Add ice if you desire a smoother, thicker, and colder texture.
